Are you a Production Manager or Engineering Manager from automotive manufacturing ready to take the next step into Operations?

This is a genuine opportunity to progress immediately into an Operations Manager position, joining an international automotive manufacturer where you'll take broader site-wide responsibility, receive extensive training and development, and have a clear path toward future senior site leadership.

You'll lead a complex automotive manufacturing operation spanning plastic injection molding and assembly, driving KPIs across Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance and Continuous Improvement while remaining visible and hands-on on the shop floor.

You'll work within a highly international and multicultural environment, building relationships across different cultures and working with colleagues and leadership across the wider global organization. Occasional international travel is also available for training and development.

The Role:

• Step into Operations leadership across plastic injection molding and assembly
• Drive site-wide performance across Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance and CI
• Lead on-site, 40 hours per week, typically 8:00am-5:00pm

The Person:

• Production Manager or Engineering Manager from automotive manufacturing ready to progress into Operations
• Strong technical or engineering background with proven hands-on manufacturing leadership experience
• International or cross-cultural experience, with the ambition to progress into senior site leadership
