You'll receive training across controls systems and programming, giving you the foundation to progress into a Controls Technician, Controls Programmer and potentially Project Manager over time.

This role would suit an HVAC Technician looking to broaden their skillset, move into controls and progress their career within a technical environment.

The Role

• Build on your existing HVAC knowledge while developing hands-on controls and automation skills through training and practical experience.
• Gain experience with controllers, end devices, point-to-point commissioning, troubleshooting and controls systems.
• Work alongside experienced technicians and programmers while working towards certifications and future progression within controls.

The Candidate

• Solid understanding of HVAC systems and a desire to learn controls.
• Comfortable with hands-on troubleshooting, electrical testing and diagnosing mechanical/electrical issues.
• Keen to learn, develop new technical skills and build a long-term career in controls.
