The Opportunity

You'll lead multi-million-dollar commercial projects across Jacksonville, managing every phase of delivery, from pre-con and procurement through to closeout. This isn't a micromanaged role; you'll be trusted to solve problems, drive schedules, manage subs, and run jobs end-to-end with the support of a collaborative back-office team.

The Role:

• Leading commercial projects from pre-con to closeout
• Managing project budgets, cost reporting, forecasting, and change orders
• Driving master schedules, coordinating subcontractors, and overseeing material procurement
• Mentoring Assistant PMs and contributing to continuous improvement across the team

The Person:

• 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard
• Strong knowledge of contracts, submittals, RFIs, change management, and scheduling
• Effective communicator-comfortable leading meetings and managing client expectations
• Team player with a strong work ethic and family-values culture
