Are you a Chief Product & Technology Officer looking to turn customer insight into a sequenced roadmap and lead the team that builds it, in a mission-led and highly profitable B2B SaaS company? Do you want real accountability for scaling a high-performing product and engineering organization, with meaningful equity upside in a company already producing 8-figure revenues?

This is a rare, senior leadership opportunity to become the technical operating partner to the founders, owning the systems, cadence, and execution required to scale to $50M+ ARR. You'll have the autonomy to set standards, build structure, and drive predictable delivery across a complex domain.

You'll join a profitable, fast-growing software business helping transmission engineers plan a cleaner, more reliable grid, used by 100+ sophisticated engineering teams in the US. The company is positioned for major impact on climate outcomes, with a highly differentiated financial profile and potential liquidity upside for equity holders.

Working parallel to the Chief Transmission Officer, you'll translate high-level industry vision into a roadmap and lead Product, Software Engineering, and Transmission Planning to deliver it.

The Role:

• Own execution, operating cadence, and performance against weekly/quarterly/annual goals across Product & Engineering (remote-first; quarterly NYC on-sites)
• Translate customer insights and industry direction into a sequenced roadmap that drives growth and retention
• Directly lead senior leaders (VP Software Engineering, VP Transmission Planning, Product Managers), and 20-person engineering team

The Person:

• Proven experience scaling teams from ~15 to ~50 headcounts or proportionally similar in complex B2B SaaS environments
• Senior product/technology org leadership background (process, structure, and high accountability; not hands-on IC-focused)
• Commercially driven, able to link roadmap decisions to measurable growth and retention outcomes
