Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician looking to develop your skills and progress your career? This role offers extensive training on PLCs and a clear path for progression, giving you the opportunity to build your automation and electrical expertise while working on a wide range of industrial equipment.

You'll join a well-established food manufacturing operation where you'll play a key role in keeping production running efficiently. You'll work across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and automated systems, giving you plenty of technical variety and the chance to expand your skillset.

With ongoing training and opportunities to progress, you'll have the support to develop into a more technically advanced maintenance professional while taking ownership of equipment reliability and minimizing downtime.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting equipment, completing preventative and predictive maintenance, repairing machinery and resolving electrical, mechanical and automation issues across the facility.

This role would suit a Maintenance Mechanic, Industrial Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Technician or Electro-Mechanical Technician with manufacturing experience who wants to develop their PLC skills and progress within a growing operation.

The Role:

• Troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain production and facility equipment
• Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance
• Repair motors, switches, breakers, wiring, controls, and other electrical components
• Work with conveyors, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment

The Candidate:

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting experience
• Experience with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Experience with automated production equipment and machinery
• Welding, fabrication, or equipment installation experience is advantageous
