Are you an experienced Centrifugal Chiller Technician looking for a clear progression track to Service Manager? Are you looking to become an expert through external courses and certifications?

On offer is an opportunity to progress into Service Manager. This company will invest in you with regular internal and external training courses to get specialized certifications to become a technical expert.

This well-established commercial HVAC company is now bringing their chiller service capability fully in-house as part of an ambitious growth strategy. In this varied field service role, you will be the technical authority on Centrifugal Chillers, servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting chillers, boilers, and cooling towers across North Carolina, with predominantly local travel and only occasional overnight stays. You will work Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with no excessive travel demands, and will be enrolled in a structured technical competency programme with fully funded certifications.

The Role:
- Remote field service across North Carolina
- Technical expert on Centrifugal Chiller systems with fully funded certification programme
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, local travel with occasional overnight stays

The Person:
- 7+ years of hands-on Centrifugal Chiller experience
- EPA certified
- Eager to receive training, progress and looking for a long-term career.
