This civil engineering firm, specializing in transportation engineering, act as the link between operating railroads and industrial development. Through the acquisition of other firms, they offer broad array of services and opportunities for their employees. You'll join a team of licensed engineers and designers, working closely with both the engineering and business development teams.

Here, you'll have the opportunity to develop beyond pure design work. The company can provide specific training on project management and their industry, as well as supporting individuals who want to work towards their P.E. license. You'll also have the chance to benefit from the long-term success of the business through its ESOP - all whilst working from home.

The Role:

• Prepare civil drawings, exhibits and designs.
• Assist with plan preparation, production and project management.
• Use MicroStation and OpenRoads to develop detailed designs.
• Up to $105,000 Base Salary, Bonus, ESOP, Healthcare, PTO + more. REMOTE.

The Person:

• Civil Engineering design experience
• Degree in CAD, Drafting or a related field (preferred)
• Previous transportation design experience is ideal
