Your work will include designing complete mechanical building systems, carrying out engineering calculations, developing specifications and reviewing drawings, materials, costs and vendor submissions. You'll also have regular client interaction and local site visits, giving you the opportunity to see your designs move from concept through to delivery.

The Role:

• Design complete mechanical building systems and carry out engineering calculations.
• Produce and review drawings, specifications, materials and cost estimates.
• Oversee mechanical design work and ensure projects meet required standards.
• Review vendor drawings, bids and submittals against project requirements.
• Lay out full mechanical design plans from concept through to delivery.
• Attend client meetings and build strong professional relationships.

The Candidate:

• Senior Mechanical Engineering experience within a consulting or design environment.
• Experience with air conditioning, ductwork, boilers and air handlers.
• Experience designing for healthcare or corporate environments.
• Strong experience with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• PE license, or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong technical design and engineering calculation skills.
