Temporary-to-permanent (W2)

Hourly rate: $20-24 an hour + Guaranteed overtime (10 hours paid at 1.5X) + Sign on bonus (after temporary period) + 1 stage interview process

This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically minded individual to join a well-established engineering manufacturer supplying precision mechanical equipment to a range of industrial markets.

Previous experience assembling hydraulic products is not required. We're looking for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to use hand and power tools, and ideally the ability to read engineering drawings or blueprints. Full training will be provided.

This role would suit someone from a manufacturing, mechanical assembly, automotive, maintenance, fabrication, construction, or other hands-on technical background who is looking to develop specialist skills within a growing manufacturing environment.

The Role:

• Assemble and test precision mechanical components using hand and power tools.
• Read and work from engineering blueprints and instructions
• Full training provided - previous industry-specific experience is not required.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and enjoys hands-on work.
