Are you a Project Manager with experience in modular or single-family residential construction, looking to join a growing business offering real progression and long-term opportunity?

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of project delivery within a modular construction environment, managing projects from early works through to installation and completion. You will play a key role in coordinating site activities, managing technical documentation, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The company has a strong and secure pipeline of work and is continuing to expand its project delivery team. This role offers clear progression into senior positions as this rapidly expanding business continues to grow.

The Role:
* Lead delivery across modular construction projects from pre-construction through to completion
* Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal site teams
* Oversee RFIs, submittals, drawings, and project documentation using project management software
* Manage scheduling, cost tracking, and progress reporting to ensure projects remain on programme and budget
* Travel to site weekly to oversee installation and ensure smooth project execution

The Person:
* Experience as a Project Manager within modular or single-family residential construction
* Strong understanding of project delivery, site coordination, and project controls
* Confident using construction management software such as Procore, AutoDesk, or similar
* Able to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects forward autonomously
