Are you an HVAC Technician or Facilities Engineer looking to take your hands-on building systems experience and progress into a more technical, engineering-focused position?

Rather than focusing purely on maintenance and repairs, you'll use your hands-on knowledge to investigate equipment performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and identify ways to improve the reliability and efficiency of building systems.

Based at one site, you'll develop an in-depth understanding of the facility and its equipment, allowing you to take greater ownership and have a genuine impact on how the building operates.

This would suit an HVAC Technician, Facilities Engineer, or Building Engineer looking to move into a more technical position with greater responsibility and long-term career progression.

The Role:

• Assess and improve HVAC and mechanical system performance.
• Troubleshoot equipment and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support testing, commissioning, and system optimization.

The Candidate:

• HVAC Technician, Facilities Engineer, Building Engineer, or similar.
• Strong hands-on HVAC and mechanical systems experience.
• Experience with troubleshooting, testing, or commissioning.
• Looking to progress technically and take on greater responsibility.
