In this role you will be responsible for reviewing plans, specifications and scope of work, in order to establish a clear path to prepare and submit accurate and reliable bids, whilst growing the estimating team, efforts and supporting training of new junior estimators.

The ideal candidate will have leadership preconstruction experience within the retail remodel industry.

This role would suit an estimator or senior estimator that is looking for a fast paced environment, hybrid working, and to grow and support a division that has a lot planned in the future.

The Role:

• Supervise, train and mentor a growing team
• Lead internal bid reviews and transition meetings
• Review plans, specifications and scope of works

The Person:

• Previous managerial preconstruction experience
• Industry knowledge of the retail remodel industry
• Accurate and go-getter
