As an Account Manager, you'll take full ownership of sales growth across your region, leading business development and nurturing key oil and gas accounts. You'll play a visible, senior role in shaping strategy, driving performance, and representing the company as a trusted partner to major industry clients.

This role would suit an Accoutn Manager looking for a high OTE of $200,000+, full benefits and the chance to grow a business unit.

The Role:

• Lead and grow sales operations across theWest Texas region.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious growth targets
• Act as a senior commercial leader reporting directly to upper management

The Person:

• Proven record of sales success within the oil and gas or industrial automation sectors
• Experienced in driving commercial growth and improving customer relationships with both existing and new accounts
• Ambitious, driven, and motivated to excel in a senior position
