Are you an Account Manager with experience managing and growing customer relationships within construction or a related industry, looking to join a growing business offering excellent earning potential?

The Role:

• Manage and develop an established portfolio of customer accounts
• Build strong relationships and identify opportunities to increase revenue
• Take ownership of account performance, retention, and customer satisfaction
• Work to clear KPIs and revenue targets within a high-performing sales team

The Person:

• Account Management / Sales experience within construction or a related industry
• Proven experience growing and developing existing customer accounts
• Strong relationship-building and commercial skills
• KPI-driven, accountable, and motivated by performance and earning potential
