Are you an Electronics Technician with hands-on experience in electronic systems looking for the opportunity to develop into an Electrical Engineer, work alongside experienced Engineers.

On offer is the opportunity to join a small, established engineering company where you will be mentored by experienced Engineers, receive ongoing technical development, giving you the opportunity to build a long-term career in Engineering.

This company are close-knit and provide a platform where your technical ability and ideas are valued. You'll work directly alongside experienced Engineers and have the opportunity to develop your skills through hands-on project work rather than being restricted to a purely Technician-based position.

On offer is the chance to initially support existing designs and production before progressing into new product development and engineering design. You will gradually take on greater technical responsibility as your knowledge develops with the long-term opportunity to progress into an Electrical Engineering position.

This role would suit an Electronics Technician or similar looking for technical development, genuine career progression and the opportunity to become an Electrical Engineer.

The Role

• Support existing electronic designs, production and testing before progressing into new product development and circuit design.
• Receive hands-on mentoring from experienced Engineers, developing your skills.
• Progressively take ownership of engineering projects involving circuit design, embedded systems, PCB layout, prototyping and testing.

• Hands-on experience working with electronics.
