Are you a Business Systems Administrator with experience supporting Oracle ERP environments in a manufacturing setting, looking for a role offering real ownership over core business systems and cross-functional impact?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing operation, where you will play a key role administering business-critical applications and driving process improvements across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Manufacturing.

Working alongside IT, operations, and external software vendors, you will serve as the technical and functional liaison ensuring business systems remain reliable, secure, and aligned with operational goals, while developing your expertise across Oracle R12, ePS Radius, and reporting tools like Power BI.

In this hands-on role, you will manage system configuration, troubleshoot manufacturing and operational issues, support upgrades and integrations, and help identify opportunities for automation and efficiency across the business.

This role would suit someone with experience supporting manufacturing and distribution operations who is looking to recognized as an Oracle expert, looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing company across multiple sites.

The Role:

• Serve as primary administrator for Oracle R12 and ePS Radius, managing configuration, security, upgrades, and integrations
• Support manufacturing operations (estimating, planning, purchasing, scheduling, shop floor) and troubleshoot related system issues
• Identify and drive business process improvements, including automation and documentation
• Provide tiered application support (Tier 1-3) and deliver user training
• Support data integrity, reporting, and master data governance, including Power BI integration

The Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related field
• 3+ years supporting ERP or major business applications, with experience administering Oracle ERP environments
• Strong SQL and reporting experience
• Experience supporting manufacturing and distribution operations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
