Are you a Backend Software Engineer looking to take full ownership of production-grade API services and partner integration systems for a high-growth AI company transforming the digital commerce space?

This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, innovative AI company at the forefront of the retail technology sector, revolutionizing how consumers engage with products through advanced visual generation and hyper-personalized shopping experiences. As the partner roster and product surface area expand, you will join the core AI Platform team to build and scale the backend architecture powering partner-facing features and internal machine learning tooling.

In this role you will step up to drive backend services end to end from design through production working alongside AI platform and partner engineering teams. You will collaborate closely with researchers and engineers to design robust REST APIs build reliable webhook systems and optimize data layers for production loads.

This role would suit an engineer who enjoys owning services end to end anticipating failure modes and moving quickly in an innovative fast-paced environment.

The Role:
*Build and operate backend services in Go or Node.js
*Design webhook systems for reliable partner integrations
*Architect API versioning pagination and idempotency
*Manage PostgreSQL and DynamoDB schema and query design

The Person:
*Experience building production backend services in Go or Node.js
*Experience with REST API design and authentication
*Background in building reliable webhook delivery systems
*Comfort with PostgreSQL or DynamoDB at scale
*US Citizen or Green Card Holder
