This commercial GC, specializing in tenant improvement projects, are the "go-to" contractor for some of the world's most reputable companies. Through periods of steady and rapid growth, they are now looking to open an office in the Dallas-Fort Worth region whilst leveraging their proven methods for success to become the area's next big player.

Here, you'll have the opportunity to develop beyond pure construction. The company provides both the opportunity to work on some of the most exciting projects, whilst also providing clear opportunities for progression. You'll also have the chance to collaborate with some of the most successful construction professionals in the US.

The Role:

• Run jobs from start to finish; preconstruction, safety, contracts, budgeting, documentation& scheduling.
• Attend and conduct job walks.
• RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders, RFPs,
• Up to $160,000 Base Salary, Bonus, Truck Allowance, PTO + more.

The Person:

• Commercial construction experience
• Tenant Improvement / Renovation experience (preferred)
• Previous large project experience is ideal but not required.
