This company is an industry leading, employee owned automation business. It is known for taking on the complex, bespoke projects others turn down, for clients ranging from Fortune 500 names to smaller businesses across the globe.

In this role you will take over the controls department from a retiring manager, with a structured handover. From there you will develop the team, keep projects on time and on budget, and put your own stamp on how the department runs.

This role would suit a Controls Engineering Manager or Lead looking to take charge of a department and progress through to VP and President level.

The Role:

• Take charge of a controls department of 9 engineers, with a structured handover
• Shape the team and deliver cutting edge projects for Fortune 500 clients
• Clear progression to VP of Operations and President level

The Candidate:

• BS in Electrical Engineering, EET or Mechatronics
• 10+ years of controls engineering experience
• Supervisory or team lead experience preferred
