In this high-impact role, you'll lead a team of talented engineers, providing technical direction across complex structural projects, and playing a key role in taking designs from initial conception through to construction. From reviewing technical documentation to getting on site and overseeing delivery, you'll have genuine ownership of projects involving significant budgets, challenging structures and complex construction.

This role would suit a Structural Engineer or Project Manager with structural design, restoration, or construction experience, who is looking for increased autonomy and responsibility and a direct path towards senior leadership.

The Role:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients and subcontractors.
• Carry out regular site visits to ensure design documents are being followed correctly.

The Candidate:

• Experience in structural engineering, structural construction, restoration or structural design.
• EIT certification or PE license.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across the region.
