As a result of continued growth and new projects, they are now looking to add an experienced Superintendent who wants to stay long-term.

In this role you will be based in Michigan or Indiana and travel nationwide, acting as the lead Superintendent on site, managing subcontractors, coordinating daily activity, reading and working from blueprints, and ensuring projects are delivered safely and to a high standard. Projects include ground-up grocery and convenience builds, often involving refrigeration scopes.

This role would suit a Superintendent with ground-up commercial experience who enjoys being the person in charge on site, making decisions, managing subcontractors confidently, and delivering quality projects with long-term stability.

The Role:

• Traveling Superintendent position (must be based in Michigan or Indiana)
• Nationwide project travel acting as the lead Superintendent on site
• Managing subcontractors, daily site coordination, safety and quality delivery
• Ground-up commercial builds (grocery / convenience projects) and related work
• Reading blueprints and coordinating scopes including refrigeration elements

The Person:

• Superintendent / Site Superintendent background with ground-up commercial construction experience
• Comfortable reading blueprints and managing subcontractors independently
• Confident using an iPad / tablet (site tools and Procore-based processes)
