Are you a Construction Manager with rooftop experience looking to step into a highly autonomous position offering a clear route into Senior Manager and Director-level positions?

This is an excellent opportunity to take the lead across multiple solar construction projects and progress your career within growing renewable energy company.

The company are a fast-growing organization with an excellent project pipeline and ambitious growth plans. You will join an experienced construction team where you can learn from senior leaders while having significant responsibility for your own projects.

You will oversee a number of key projects and take ownership of project performance, ensuring construction is delivered safely, on schedule and within budget.

This role would suit a Construction Manager with rooftop experience looking for increased responsibility, technical development and long-term progression into senior leadership.

The Role:

• Take ownership of multiple solar construction projects and manage EPC contractors
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
• Progression opportunities into Senior Manager and Director-level positions

The Person:

• Commercial rooftop solar construction experience
• Foreman, Field Engineer, Superintendent or Construction Management background
• Strong communicator capable of managing EPC contractors and third-party stakeholders
