Are you an Electrical Engineering Supervisor or Lead looking to take the next step into management? Are you looking for technical and management progression with a leading manufacturer?

This is an opportunity to step into an Electrical Engineering Manager position with a clear progression path toward Directorship, leading a team within a growing manufacturing organization. Leading a diverse engineering team while remaining hands-on across automation, controls and customer projects.

You'll manage a multidisciplinary engineering department covering electrical design, controls, service and installation, while working closely with manufacturing and other departments to deliver customer projects from design through to installation.

The company is continuing to grow and is strengthening its engineering leadership team. Reporting directly to the VP, you'll have the opportunity to shape the engineering department, improve collaboration across teams and develop your management experience.

This is an amazing opportunity to remain technically hands-on, while also giving you the opportunity to stay involved with automation and controls projects while developing your leadership responsibilities.

The Role:

- Lead and develop a team of Electrical Design, Controls and Service/Installation Engineers.

- Oversee electrical design and control panel development for automation equipment.

- Support customer installations, commissioning and troubleshooting.

- Manage multiple customer projects from design through to completion.

The Candidate:

- Electrical Engineer with previous Supervisor, Team Lead or Engineering leadership experience

- Background in electrical design, controls and/or automation

- Experience working within a manufacturing, automation or systems integration environment

- Looking for long-term progression into senior leadership
