This is a well-established residential and commercial solar provider with a strong track record and clear growth plans, looking to expand their sales function as demand continues to increase.

In this role you'll lead from the front-driving pipeline activity, working a busy schedule, meeting prospective customers, following up consistently, and using a CRM to manage activity and performance.

This role would suit a Sales Manager with strong selling fundamentals and CRM experience, looking to step into a high-earning role with long-term progression as the company scales.

The Role:

• Drive sales revenue and performance across the assigned territory
• Meet prospective customers and manage follow-up activity
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity in the CRM
• On-site role with a busy schedule and long days when required

The Person:

• Sales management experience (industry background flexible)
• CRM experience and strong organization
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high activity sales role
