This commercial subcontractor, are the "go-to" contractor for some of the region's biggest GCs. With a strong backlog of projects, they are now looking to bring in a Project Manager to become the "point person" for the company as they grow.

Here, you'll have the opportunity to develop beyond pure construction. The company provides both the opportunity to work on some of the most intricate projects, whilst also providing clear opportunities for taking on more responsibility. You'll also have the chance to collaborate with some of the most successful construction professionals in the US.

The Role:

• Run jobs from start to finish; estimating, safety, contracts, budgeting, documentation & scheduling.
• Attend and conduct job walks.
• RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders, RFPs,
• Up to $130,000 Base Salary, Bonus, Truck & Gas Card, PTO + more.

The Person:

• Commercial construction experience
• Masonry / Stucco / Stone / Veneer experience is ideal but not required
• Strong communication skills
