Are you a Sales Manager who wants to take full ownership of driving revenue in a high-growth solar business, with uncapped commission and clear progression as the company scales?

On offer is a high-impact role where you'll lead sales activity end-to-end-building pipeline, meeting prospective customers, and consistently closing business while running a busy schedule.

This is an established solar provider (residential and commercial) with a track record of growth and ambitious plans to expand, now looking to strengthen their sales leadership to support continued success.

In this role you'll work closely with the leadership team to drive sales performance, maintain accurate activity in the CRM, and ensure opportunities are followed up professionally and on time.

This role would suit a Sales Manager with strong sales fundamentals and CRM experience, looking to step into a role with genuine earning potential, recognition for results, and long-term progression.

The Role:

• Drive sales revenue and lead business development activity across New Jersey
• Meet prospective customers and manage consistent follow-up through to close
• Manage pipeline and reporting through the CRM
• High-activity role with long days when required

The Person:

• Sales management experience (industry background flexible)
• CRM experience, organised approach, and strong closing ability
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high earning sales environment
