Are you an Engineer with manufacturing experience looking for a hands-on position where you can solve challenges and drive improvements across products and processes?

On offer is the opportunity to join a rapidly growing manufacturer where you will work directly with production, take ownership of engineering problems and play a key role in modernizing and improving manufacturing operations.

The company designs and manufactures specialist mechanical products used across essential infrastructure and is continuing to invest in its manufacturing capabilities, equipment and automation.

In this role, you will work across manufacturing and design, solving production challenges and identifying opportunities for modernization, automation and efficiency improvements. You will also support equipment upgrades, testing, tooling and engineering documentation.

This position would suit any engineer from a manufacturing background looking for a varied role where you can have a direct impact on the manufacturing operation.

The Role:

• Provide hands-on engineering support to manufacturing and production.
• Troubleshoot product and process issues and implement practical solutions.
• Drive process improvements, root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Support product changes, testing, equipment, fixtures and automation projects.

The Person:

• Engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on approach to troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Experience supporting production, products or manufacturing processes.
• Mechanical and/or CAD experience beneficial but not essential.
