This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Estimator with experience across commercial, industrial, oil and gas, advanced manufacturing, heavy industrial, or other large-scale electrical projects to transition into the rapidly expanding data center sector.

The company is prepared to train experienced estimators from transferable backgrounds, providing the technical support and industry exposure needed to develop expertise in data center construction. You will join a growing electrical contractor with a strong pipeline of high-value projects and clear opportunities for long-term progression.

Are you an Electrical Estimator who has worked on complex electrical packages, large-scale construction projects, or technically demanding facilities? Would you like to apply your existing estimating experience to hyperscale data center projects while receiving structured training and career development?

In this role, you will be based in Columbus, Ohio, working closely with senior leadership and project teams to prepare estimates, develop bids, manage project costs, and support preconstruction activities. You will use your existing experience to estimate complex electrical scopes while building knowledge of the requirements, systems, and standards associated with data center construction.

The Role

• Prepare detailed estimates for large-scale electrical projects.
• Work alongside senior estimators, project managers, and company leadership.
• Receive training and mentoring to develop data center estimating expertise.
• Gain exposure to hyperscale data center construction and mission-critical projects.

The Person

• Electrical Estimator with experience on commercial, industrial, oil and gas, advanced manufacturing, power, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, heavy industrial, or other complex electrical projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical drawings, specifications, materials, labour, equipment, and subcontractor pricing.
• Comfortable preparing competitive bids and managing multiple estimates simultaneously.
• Motivated to transition into the data center and mission-critical construction sector.
