This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Project Manager with experience delivering large-scale commercial, industrial, oil and gas, advanced manufacturing, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, power, or other technically complex electrical projects to transition into the rapidly expanding data center sector.

The company is open to candidates from a range of transferable project backgrounds and will provide the support and industry exposure required to develop data center expertise. You will join a growing electrical contractor with a strong pipeline of high-value projects, including hyperscale data center developments, and clear opportunities for progression into senior leadership.

Are you an Electrical Project Manager who has successfully delivered complex electrical projects, managed large teams, and coordinated multiple stakeholders? Would you like to apply your existing project management experience to hyperscale data center construction while developing your knowledge of mission-critical facilities?

Based in Columbus, Ohio, you will oversee project delivery from preconstruction through completion. You will manage project teams, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, procurement, quality, safety, and client relationships while working closely with senior leadership. Your existing experience will be highly transferable, with training and mentoring provided to help you understand the specific requirements of data center construction.

The Role

The Person

• Electrical Project Manager with experience delivering large-scale commercial, industrial, oil and gas, advanced manufacturing, power, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, heavy industrial, or other complex electrical projects.
• Proven experience managing project teams, subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction, project controls, procurement, change management, and delivery processes.
• Proactive, commercially aware, and motivated to progress into a senior leadership position.
