Are you an HR Generalist with experience supporting a manufacturing, distribution or similar environment, looking to join a growing company where you can be properly supported, trained, and develop your career long term?

In this role you will support high-volume recruitment (local and international), employee relations and engagement, investigations, and workforce/labor matters in a fast-paced 24/7 manufacturing environment. You will also support international employee and visa transitions and be trained to back up payroll administration where needed.

The Role:

• Lead local and international recruitment in a manufacturing environment
• Support employee relations, investigations, and engagement initiatives
• Assist with workforce/labor matters and union negotiations exposure
• Support international employee and visa transitions and admin tasks
• Mon-Fri days (7-8am start); 1 remote day every 2 weeks

The Person:

• HR experience within manufacturing, distribution, or similar (blue-collar / hourly workforce exposure)
• Non-union workforce experience essential (union exposure highly advantageous)
• Workday / SAP / similar HR systems experience and strong communication/organization
• Bilingual Spanish speaking is highly advantageous (not essential)
