Are you a Superintendent from a high-end residential background looking to take ownership of a luxury single-family build, working closely with designers and architects on projects valued up to $100M?

On offer is a long-term position with a well-established high-end residential contractor, where you will be supported with a structured onboarding period and on-the-job training from an assigned Project Manager, with a clear route to step up into a General Superintendent or Director of Construction role as the LA operation continues to grow.

This company has been established for 40 years and is now expanding their recently opened Los Angeles office, aiming to grow the team significantly over the next two years by taking on more prestigious projects and building long-term client relationships.

In this role you will be site-based on one project, managing subcontractors, running weekly site meetings, completing layouts, coordinating day-to-day site activity, and liaising with designers and architects to keep works moving in the correct sequence.

This role would suit a high-end residential Superintendent who takes pride in delivering exceptional finishes, wants long-term development, and is looking for a clear pathway into a senior leadership position.

The Role:

• Site-based Superintendent on a single high-end residential project
• Manage subcontractors, scheduling, and day-to-day site operations
• Run weekly site meetings and coordinate with designers/architects

The Person:

• Superintendent experience in high-end / luxury single-family residential construction
• Proven background running sites and managing subcontractors
• OSHA 30
