Are you a Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, or Project Engineer from a construction / general contractor background looking for a role where you can take ownership, mentor others, and progress into a broader operations leadership position as the business grows?

This is a permanent position with a well-established portable building manufacturer (established in 1979), where you will oversee projects across the US and act as a senior point of contact for delivery, standards, and customer relationships.

As a result of continued growth and new demand, they are looking to add a senior hire who can lead from the front, support the wider team, and help shape how projects are run. You will receive in-house, on-the-job training and shadowing on their internal processes, while being given the platform to take real ownership and develop your leadership impact.

In this role you will supervise active projects and plan new ones, work closely with Sales and Engineering, coordinate with customers/clients and general contractors, and complete project checklists to ensure consistent delivery.

This role would suit a Senior Project Manager from a construction background looking for long-term progression, genuine responsibility, hybrid working, and paid nationwide travel.

The Role:

• Lead and supervise projects nationwide (up to 50% travel, all paid for)
• Mentor and support the project team while driving standards and delivery
• Work closely with customers/clients, Sales, and Engineering to deliver projects
• Hybrid working arrangement with regular site presence in Perry, FL (typical hours 8am-5pm)

The Person:

• Project management experience within construction / general contractor environments
• Comfortable customer-facing and coordinating multiple stakeholders
• Experience using project management software
