You'll join a growing defense technology business where you'll work closely with experienced teams across the full program lifecycle. With exposure to engineering, manufacturing, procurement, supply chain and business development, you'll develop a broad understanding of how complex defense programs are delivered while building your technical and commercial expertise.

On offer is the opportunity to influence supplier strategy, cost, quality, component availability and program delivery. You will be responsible for developing BOMs and sourcing strategies, supporting proposals, managing component lifecycles and obsolescence, developing supplier relationships and coordinating activities between Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement and Quality.

This role would suit a Technical Operations Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Systems Engineer or Engineering professional with defense electronics experience looking for greater responsibility, broad cross-functional exposure and a clear route to develop into a senior technical or operational position.

The Role:

• Support defence programs through BOM development, supplier sourcing, and proposal execution
• Coordinate Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Quality to keep projects moving efficiently
• Manage component lifecycles, obsolescence, and alternate part qualification
• Build supplier strategies to improve cost, quality, availability, and delivery

The Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
• Engineering experience within the defence industry
• Experience with military electronics, BOM development, component sourcing, and supplier management
• Able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance
