Are you an experienced Systems Engineer, ATE Engineer or Test Engineer looking to work hands-on with advanced defense electronics? You'll join a growing defense electronics business working across radar, RF, avionics and military electronic systems, with exposure to hardware, software, instrumentation and system interfaces.

This is a genuinely hands-on engineering role, giving you the opportunity to work on ATE architecture, system integration, automated test software, fault isolation and troubleshooting across a range of technically challenging programs.

You will be responsible for developing ATE architectures, integrating test instrumentation, supporting automated testing and troubleshooting new and legacy systems.

This role would suit an ATE Engineer, Test Engineer, Systems Engineer or Electronics Engineer with experience in automated test, RF/radar or defense electronics who wants technical development and clear career progression.

The Role:

• Develop and integrate ATE systems for radar, RF, avionics, and electronic assemblies
• Integrate instrumentation and support automated testing using LabVIEW, TestStand, Python, C#, or similar
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system interfaces across new and legacy test systems
• Support depot repair, production testing, verification, obsolescence mitigation, and system sustainment

The Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field
• Experience in radar, RF, electronics, or test systems engineering
• Hands-on ATE, hardware-in-the-loop, RF instrumentation, or automated test experience
• U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
