Are you an experienced Project Engineer, Systems Engineer or Lead Engineer looking to take technical ownership of complex defense projects? You'll join an established engineering business supporting specialized defense and rugged electronics programs, working across electrical, mechanical, software, test and systems engineering. You'll be involved in complex projects across system development, integration, modernization and sustainment.

With strong internal support and the autonomy tomake technical decisions, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of projects, solve complex engineering challenges and develop into a key technical leader within the business.

You will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary engineering activities, managing technical risks, overseeing system integration and turning customer requirements into practical engineering solutions.

This role would suit a Project Engineer, Systems Engineer, Lead Engineer or Senior Engineer with a defense, aerospace, embedded systems or rugged electronics background looking for greater responsibility and career progression.

The Role:

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering activities across complex defence electronics projects
• Translate customer requirements into technical plans and system-level solutions
• Oversee system architecture, integration, technical decisions, and engineering reviews
• Lead sustainment, modernization, and reverse-engineering projects for legacy systems

The Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or related field
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams or technical projects
• Strong system integration and technical problem-solving skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance
