CNC Machinist - Immediate Start!

Temporary-to-permanent (W2)

Hourly rate: $22-24 an hour + Guaranteed overtime (10 hours paid at 1.5X)

This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically minded individual to join a well-established manufacturing business with extensive experience producing specialist hydraulic components and systems.

The company is looking for someone with previous CNC machining or manufacturing experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring equipment.

You'll receive guaranteed overtime every week, along with a sign-on bonus once you transfer to a permanent position, giving you the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings.

The Role:

• Set up and operate CNC machining equipment to produce high-quality components
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and specifications
• Change tooling, adjust machine offsets, and carry out in-process inspections
• Perform basic machine maintenance and keep the work area clean and safe

The Person:

• Previous CNC machining or manufacturing experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and enjoys hands-on work
• Experience using measuring equipment such as micrometers and calipers
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
