Are you a Field Manager, Superintendent, Foreman, or Field Operations Manager looking for a long-term role where you'll be developed properly, trusted with real responsibility, and supported to progress as the company continues to grow?

On offer is a position with a well-established nationwide commercial subcontractor, where you'll receive structured onboarding and ongoing support from a traveling trainer as you step into a key leadership role across active projects.

This company specializes in both ground up and renovation projects across a variety of sectors. They are known for a laid-back but accountable culture with high standards and as a result of continued demand and projects in the region, they're now looking to strengthen their field leadership team.

In this role you'll oversee crews, ensure projects are set up correctly, and make sure teams have the right materials to deliver quality work efficiently. The role is combines management with hands-on support, with travel during the week and home on weekends.

This is a great opportunity for a construction field leader who wants to build a long-term career with clear progression potential into a Division Manager position as the business grows.

The Role:

• Field supervision across commercial/institutional projects (travel during the week, home weekends)
• Oversee crews, job set-up, materials, quality, and efficiency
• Support safety and smooth site operations across multiple job sites

The Person:

• Construction field leadership experience (e.g., Superintendent / Foreman / Field Manager)
• Experience with a traveling role during the week
• Hands-on mentality with a track record of delivering quality work efficiently
