Are you a GSE Sales Manager ready to step up and lead your own national team, with a genuine succession path to Sales Director?

On offer is the chance to take charge of a US sales team, put your own stamp on how it sells, and step into the Sales Director seat as part of a genuine succession plan, with Global Sales Director the next step after that.

This company is a globally recognized aviation ground support equipment manufacturer, backed by a multi billion dollar global group and investing heavily in growth, acquisitions and new product development.

In this role you will lead 5 Area Sales Managers across the US, grow business with major airlines and airports, and shape sales strategy alongside senior leadership. You will be set up to succeed with a structured 90 day onboarding program and full product training, with early finishes and half day Fridays when you are home.

This role would suit a Sales Manager from the GSE industry looking to lead a national team and progress to Sales Director level.

The Role:

• Lead, coach and grow a team of 5 Area Sales Managers across the US
• Drive growth with major airlines and airports and shape sales strategy with senior leadership, around 60% travel
• Succession hire with a clear path to Sales Director and Global Sales Director, 90 day onboarding and full training

The Candidate:

• Sales leadership experience managing a remote or field sales team
• Background selling ground support equipment (GSE) into airlines, airports or ground handlers
• Happy to relocate to the Tampa Bay area and travel around 60%
