Are you a Blow Molding Operator, Blow Mold Technician or Plastics/Extrusion Operator looking for a stable night shift role with structured training, clear progression and a company that genuinely looks after its people?

This is a permanent position with a long-standing manufacturer, known for a laid-back "family feel" culture, fair leadership, and strong job security. You will be trained on site before moving onto nights, with a clear path to progress through Operator levels and into Technician roles over time.

In this hands-on role you'll be operating and monitoring blow molding equipment, completing mold and line changeovers, making process adjustments (heat controls, cooling water, pressures, extruder and hydraulics), and carrying out quality checks on weight, wall thickness and flash to minimize scrap.

This role would suit someone with blow molding experience (or transferable extrusion / continuous blow molding or plastics packaging experience) who wants long-term stability, on-the-job training and genuine progression with a supportive team.

The Role:

• Operate, monitor and make adjustments on blow molding equipment
• Mold and line changeovers, basic troubleshooting and minor repairs
• Quality checks on product (weight, wall thickness, flash) and daily reporting
• Rotating 12-hour night shift on a 3 on / 2 off / 4 on / 2 off pattern

The Person:

• Blow molding experience preferred; transferable plastics/extrusion/continuous blow molding experience considered (not injection molding)
• Good hands-on mechanical ability
• Comfortable with changeovers and basic troubleshooting
