Are you a Mechanical Engineer, with knowledge of thermal systems, looking for a pivotal design role offering structured training and the opportunity to progress into a Lead Product Manager or Director of Engineering?

On offer is the chance to take ownership of the full product lifecycle from initial design through to warranty, giving you significant responsibility and exposure across the entire engineering process.

This growing organization is expanding its product range and has ambitious plans for continued global growth. As part of a wider group, there are excellent opportunities to progress both within this business and across the wider group.

In this role, you will be responsible for 2-3 projects at a time, taking them through design, procurement, build and warranty. You will work closely with sales, production and procurement, giving you a pivotal role in getting products successfully designed and delivered.
You will also receive extensive structured training across sheet metal design and thermosciences, making this an excellent opportunity to broaden your technical skillset while building towards a senior position.

The Role:

• Full product lifecycle responsibility from design through to warranty
• Take ownership of 2-3 projects, working across design, procurement and production
• Extensive technical training and long-term progression opportunities

The Candidate:

• Mechanical Engineer with design experience
• Knowledge of heat transfer, thermosciences, HVAC or refrigeration
• Mechanical Engineering degree
