Are you an Operations Manager, Superintendent or Field Manager with strong concrete experience looking for a role where you can truly run the operation, take ownership of results, and be part of a business entering an exciting growth phase?

On offer is a key leadership position with a well-established commercial and residential concrete contractor, where you will have real influence over how projects are delivered and the opportunity to build long-term ownership in the company.

This is a business known for a positive, upbeat culture and for keeping work all within an hour of Kansas City. As a result of continued demand and upcoming growth, they are now looking to bring in an experienced leader to oversee commercial field operations.

In this role you will manage field operations and own performance across P&L, personnel, budgets, schedules, troubleshooting and maintaining strong customer relationships.

This role would suit an Construction leader with 10+ years' experience who wants a high-ownership position, long-term progression, and the chance to help shape a growing operation.

The Role:

• Lead commercial field operations across concrete projects in the Kansas City area
• Own Profit & Loss and overall project performance
• Coordinate structural and flatwork specifications
• Oversee all field activity

The Person:

• 10+ years' concrete experience (commercial / civil preferred)
• Proven leadership across field operations
• P&L exposure is helpful
