Are you a Production Supervisor, Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor from a high-speed manufacturing background looking to take real ownership of performance, people and results in a business that promotes from within?

This is a permanent, on-site nights position with a global manufacturer operating highly automated production lines, where you will be trusted to run the floor, drive safety, quality and KPI performance, and make fast decisions when priorities shift.

You'll join a technically driven operation with strong tenure and a track record of internal promotions, offering hands-on training as you learn their processes across departments and build the platform to step into bigger responsibility over time.

In this role you will lead 15-20 operators per line, manage task allocation and absences, coordinate shift handovers, support troubleshooting on the floor, and keep production on schedule while maintaining GMP and 5S standards.

The Role:

• Lead a high-speed production team on nights across automated can/packaging lines
• Own shift safety, quality, output and KPI performance
• Coordinate handovers, staffing, priorities and problem-solving on the floor
• Support training, coaching and performance development of operators
• 2-2-3 rotating nights, 7pm-7am

The Person:

• Supervisory/leadership experience in high-speed manufacturing
• Strong communication, prioritization and decision-making under pressure
• Technical mindset (mechanical/electrical/industrial exposure helpful); lean/CI awareness a plus
