Are you a Cost Accountant from a manufacturing environment looking to deepen your cost accounting expertise, take on more responsibility and build long-term progression with a business that promotes from within?

On offer is a permanent, on-site position with a well-established manufacturer, where you will be supported with ongoing development (Udemy / upskilling) and have a clear platform to grow into broader accounting responsibility and a future title change.

Established in 1980 with multiple North American plants, this business manufactures high-volume plastic components used across personal care, food & beverage and pharma markets. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to add to their finance team at the Denver site.

In this role you will focus on standard costing, inventory analysis, variance reporting and month-end close, working closely with manufacturing and operations to deliver accurate insight, support budgeting/forecasting and highlight cost improvement opportunities.

This role would suit a Manufacturing Cost Accountant looking for long-term development, increased ownership and progression within a stable, growing organization.

The Role:
- Cost accounting: standard costing, inventory analysis, variance reporting, month-end close
- Partner with manufacturing/operations to analyze performance and provide financial insight
- On-site role in Denver, CO (8am-4pm schedule)
- Step up into Cost Accountant and Progress to Plant Controller

The Person:
- Cost accounting experience within a manufacturing / plant environment (or strong exposure to it)
- Strong understanding of standard costing, inventory and manufacturing finance
- Looking to develop and take on more responsibility long-term
