This is a permanent role with a small, well-established team where you will be properly looked after and given the support to succeed. On offer is stable hours (6:30am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday), very rare callouts, and overtime opportunities when you want the extra earning potential.

The company has recently expanded beyond residential into commercial site prep (condos, offices, communities) and has clear growth plans, meaning long-term stability and plenty of work as they continue to build their name in the Naples market.

In this role you will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair both OHW commercial trucks and off-road heavy equipment, covering engines, transmissions, powertrains, and DOT safety compliance, plus preventative maintenance such as filter changes and fluid systems.

This role would suit a Heavy Equipment Mechanic / Diesel Mechanic who wants stable hours, long-term security, and the chance to learn additional equipment as the business grows.

The Role:

• Diagnose and repair OHW commercial trucks and off-road heavy equipment
• Troubleshoot fault codes and carry out engine, transmission, and powertrain repairs
• Preventative maintenance including fuel/air/coolant systems and filter changes
• Maintain lighting and DOT safety compliance, with overtime available when required

The Person:

• Experience as a mechanic on heavy equipment and/or commercial trucks (OHW)
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability (fault codes, drivetrains, engines)
• Willing to learn and pick up additional equipment types as needed
