In this role you'll work directly with the hands-on CTO, owning features across Next.js and NestJS, building production-grade APIs and infrastructure, improving CI/CD with Docker and GitHub workflows, and solving challenging problems across acquisitions, investor experience, distributions, asset management, and tax automation.

This role would suit a product-minded Full Stack Engineer who wants autonomy, responsibility, and the chance to build core platform infrastructure with clear long-term progression as the company scales.

The Role:

*Build and scale a production platform using TypeScript across Next.js (frontend) and NestJS (backend)

*Own features and architectural decisions across the stack

*Automate manual processes across the real estate lifecycle using robust APIs and infrastructure

*Improve deployment and developer workflows using Docker, GitHub workflows, and code review best practices

*Primarily in-office in New York City

The Person:

*Strong full stack software engineering experience with TypeScript on both frontend and backend

*Proven experience building scalable, production-grade applications with Next.js and NestJS

*Strong fundamentals in software engineering and API design, able to execute independently in a startup environment
