Are you an experienced VDC Coordinator or Project Coordinator looking to take your first step into management, where you can use your technical expertise to lead a team, take ownership of VDC delivery, and build a long-term career within a major electrical contractor?

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong VDC professional to step into their first management position, with the support, training, and professional development needed to grow into a successful VDC leader.

The company is a well-established and highly respected electrical construction business delivering complex, high-profile projects across the data center and healthcare sectors. With continued growth in the region and an increasing pipeline of hyperscale data center work, they are looking to develop the next generation of VDC leadership within the business.

You will work closely with experienced leadership while gaining exposure to VDC strategy, project planning, team coordination, budgeting, and process improvement.

This role would suit a senior VDC Coordinator with electrical construction experience and strong Revit/VDC capability, looking to step into management, build leadership skills, and progress long-term.

The Role:

• Take increasing ownership of team production and project delivery
• Coordinate VDC processes across project and department stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution
• Support the development and implementation of VDC standards, processes, and efficiency initiatives
• Assist with VDC budgeting, project planning, workload forecasting, and resourcing schedules

The Person:

• Experienced VDC Coordinator, BIM Coordinator, VDC Lead, or Project Coordinator within electrical construction
• Strong Revit experience with a solid understanding of VDC / BIM workflows
• Strong understanding of electrical construction and project delivery
• Ambitious professional looking for long-term progression into increasingly senior VDC leadership
