Are you an Electrical Project Manager, Electrical Superintendent or Foreman looking to step into a key role with a growing commercial electrical contractor where you'll take real ownership of projects and work directly with the CEO?

This is a stable, long-term role managing commercial electrical projects from pre-construction through completion, coordinating with other trades to prevent conflicts and delays, and ensuring work is delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.

You will split your time roughly 70/30 between office and site, acting as a hands-on leader for the field team while keeping control of schedules, quality and client expectations.

This role would suit someone from a commercial electrical background who wants more responsibility, autonomy and a clear path to building and leading a larger team over time.

The Role:

• Manage commercial electrical projects from pre-construction through completion
• Coordinate electrical work with other trades to prevent conflicts and delays
• 70/30 office vs. field split (hands-on leadership on site)

The Person:

• Commercial electrical project experience (PM / Superintendent / Foreman level)
• Hands-on leader with strong organization and communication skills
• Safety-conscious and able to coordinate multiple trades
