This company is at an exciting growth stage, with recent investment and big ambitions to scale into major industrial markets. As a result of continued expansion, they are now looking to add a high-caliber operations leader to strengthen delivery, forecasting, and shop-floor discipline.

In this role you'll lead day-to-day execution across manufacturing, installation/commissioning, and ongoing operations & maintenance, owning planning and forecasting while driving quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

This role would suit an Operations Manager from an engineered products / steel fabrication background, looking for a technically varied position with ownership, challenge, and long-term progression as the business grows.

The Role:

*Lead day-to-day operations across manufacturing, install/commissioning, and O&M
*Own project planning, forecasting, and on-time / on-budget delivery
*Drive shop-floor process discipline, KPIs, and quality standards (ISO 9001 mindset)
*Work closely with stakeholders from the floor through to executive reviews

The Person:

*Operations / project leadership experience within steel fabrication or engineered products manufacturing
*Strong project management and forecasting capability (e.g., Microsoft Project; similar tools welcomed)
*Comfortable bridging factory and field execution (manufacturing + commissioning environments)
