Are you a Field Services Technician, MEP Inspector, or Construction Inspector with mechanical experience looking for a role where you will be developed by experienced engineering teams and become the go-to technical specialist on site inspections across Dallas?

On offer is a secure permanent position with a well-established specialist MEP engineering firm, where you will receive structured onboarding and ongoing development across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems as the Dallas office continues to grow.

The company specializes in K-12 / educational buildings and is expanding its Dallas presence as part of long-term growth plans. As a result of continued success, they are now looking to add a Field Inspector to support inspections on live and completed projects.

In this role you will carry out site inspections across the Dallas area, complete reports, and handle RFIs and submittals while working closely with the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing teams.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with inspection experience and basic mechanical knowledge who wants long-term development, broader MEP exposure, and clear progression within a growing team.

The Role:

• Field-based inspections across Dallas on MEP systems for K-12 / educational projects
• Write inspection reports and support RFIs and submittals
• Work closely with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers (training provided)
• Mix of home-based admin and site visits, with callouts as required

The Person:

• Construction / field inspection experience with mechanical systems exposure
• Comfortable traveling across the Dallas area and working independently on site
• Keen to learn broader MEP systems and progress long term
