Are you a Mechanical Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, or Industrial Maintenance Tech from a manufacturing background, looking to earn seriously strong money through consistent overtime while joining a large, well-established manufacturer with real internal progression as the site continues to expand?

On offer is a permanent role with a strong base salary plus time and a half overtime, with realistic total earnings of $130,000+ tied to a 6 day schedule. You will be part of a maintenance team focused on uptime, reliability, and preventative and predictive maintenance, with exposure to capital projects and equipment improvement work.

This is a modern operation with major expansion planned next year, creating genuine long-term stability and real opportunities to step up. They are known for promoting from within and investing in the people who keep production moving, with a climate-controlled facility in most areas.

In this role you will carry out preventative and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns on production equipment, analyze downtime trends and implement countermeasures, and support shutdown and weekend PM work as required.

This role would suit a money-motivated mechanical maintenance professional who wants long-term progression, strong overtime earning potential, and a stable role in a growing site.

The Role:

• Preventative and predictive maintenance (PM/PdM) on production equipment and facility assets
• Mechanical troubleshooting and repair on breakdowns, driving countermeasures from downtime data
• Support capital projects and improvement work with suppliers and contractors
• 12-hour shifts on a rotating day/night pattern, based on production plan

The Person:

• Mechanical maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting on production equipment and breakdowns
• LOTO knowledge and ability to read drawings/schematics
